Growing solar capacity in the Central Valley

Little Bear consists of four separate projects selling energy and RECs to Marin Clean Energy (MCE) under 20-year busbar PPAs. The project invests $2 million into the state and local economy.

This site represents approximately 118,000 metric tons of avoided CO2 emissions annually, the equivalent of taking approximately 28,000 gasoline-powered cars off the road for each year that the project is operating.

Two Danish pension funds, PKA and PenSam, represented by their investment manager AIP, own 50% interest in Little Bear.
