The largest source of wind power in Utah

Milford Wind, a 165 turbine wind farm, is located in Beaver and Millard Counties, Utah.  It has been the largest wind farm in the state since it began operating in 2009.

Milford features innovative, species-protecting technology know as IdentiFlight that monitors eagles in the turbine areas and will pause operations to protect the nearby raptors. 

This site represents approximately 382,000 metric tons of avoided CO2 emissions annually, the equivalent of taking approximately 91,000 gasoline-powered cars off the road for each year that the project is operating.
